Nittany Notes reserves all rights of notes/information,
and makes them available to the student with the understanding that the
students may not in any manner copy,
reproduce, or redistribute
notes/information. Nittany Notes are under current federal copyright laws.
Anyone found attempting to or having reproduced Nittany Notes will be
prosecuted under the full extent of the law.
Nittany Notes is not responsible for any errors or
omissions in notes/announcements or notes lost by purchaser. Nittany Notes
reserves the right to extend the check-in time of any day's notes past
A hard copy of Nittany Notes Online CANNOT be
printed. Notes can be viewed for 7 days after initial download
with access from only ONE computer/IP address. This means that
notes downloaded onto a laptop will not work properly if the laptop changes
locations. Notes will work in computer labs, however, customer should
avoid on-campus labs. Even on the same computer, logging out
and then logging back in may cause problems viewing the notes! Customers who have
purchased Nittany Notes Online and present a proof of purchase* may receive a hard
copy of their Nittany Notes Online for a $5 copying and handling fee at the Nittany
Notes Office.
Nittany Notes Online will be available as a 24/7
service. A credit card and internet access is required for online purchase. Nittany Notes
reserves the right to disable the Nittany Notes Online system at any time for maintenance
or any other reason deemed
necessary by Nittany Notes.
*You may print your
confirmation email as proof of purchase.
